⚕️🧊 New Lab on the Block. Snow flurries quickly melted over the weekend, but Floridians will have to endure the cold a little longer. For the first week of February, we love it when local businesses share an announcement. Danfoss recently opened its commercial refrigeration testing lab to support retail customers and help develop sustainable, energy-efficient products. Coming up, FSU’s Healthcare Summit will bring industry leaders together to discuss challenges and opportunities in Florida’s healthcare landscape and beyond. ICYMI, we’re showcasing key insights from Julia’s interview with Luca Conner, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Pack’N. Plus, we’re featuring Rezijual throughout the month. ✨

Julia had the pleasure of featuring Luca Conner, the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Pack'N. | CityClips Live Ep. 106
Pack’N is a fulfillment and logistics partner helping e-commerce brands scale with ease. By managing order fulfillment, inventory, shipping, and operations, Pack’N handles the behind-the-scenes work so businesses can focus on growing their brand—making fulfillment simple and efficient.
Here are the takeaways of his interview with Julia:
Luca and his co-founder Jacob began their entrepreneurial journey in high school through Amazon FBA. The experience built foundational skills in e-commerce, operations, and problem-solving.
Pack’N positions itself as a partner, not just a service provider. They pride themselves on working strategically rather than transactionally, where communication and alignment are key.
As a bootstrapped business, Luca shared that success takes grit and confidence in your product. When you genuinely believe in what you’re building, it becomes easier to show up every day and keep going until you reach your goal.
