♀️ 25 Women Shaping 2026: Nominate Now | Tal Dem
The Tallahassee Democrat’s 25 Women You Need to Know is an annual program that honors women in the Tallahassee community for their leadership, service, and meaningful contributions. This year, the program celebrates its 20th year.

  • The program seeks to honor 25 women whose professional, civic, charitable, or other achievements have positively influenced the community and inspired others.

  • Community members are encouraged to nominate women they believe meet the criteria of inspiring achievers, whether in business, education, nonprofits, activism, the arts, or community leadership.

  • Community Impact: Past editions of the program have highlighted the breadth of women’s contributions to the region, and the recognition often raises the profiles of unsung community leaders, helping connect them to broader audiences and opportunities.

  • Celebrate local trailblazers! Nominate an inspiring woman for the 25 Women awards or the 5 Young Women to Watch award by the Feb. 19 deadline. 🗳️
