Concept commercialization is Ravi’s personal passion and something he genuinely enjoys. He noted that the simpler and more repeatable a process is, the easier it becomes for people to understand and accept the value proposition.
Negotiation, or deal-making, is about managing egos. One key technique is to avoid bringing frustration to the table—expressing it can be risky, as it may be seen as a sign that you’re undervaluing yourself and ultimately work against you.
Ravi adopted a “just do it” mindset—he stopped lingering on ideas and took action. If something is your dream, it’s your responsibility to make it happen. He also emphasized that happiness fuels progress, regardless of success or failure. His key belief: “If you want to be successful in life, figure out how to be happy first.”
