🏫 UCF Secured NEH Funding for AI-Driven Humanities Project | UCF Today

  • University of Central Florida is the only institution in Florida selected for the 2026 grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities, leading one of 84 projects nationwide. 🌐

  • A 24-month initiative will build a generative AI learning community, helping faculty and graduate students integrate Generative Artificial Intelligence into humanities teaching and research. 🔎

  • Led by Anastasia Salter and Mel Stanfill, the program emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, course redesign, and creative experimentation.

  • Participants will gain hands-on access to advanced AI tools, enabling new approaches to storytelling, archival research, and digital humanities innovation.
