👀 Featured Local Business: The Frother’s Daughter
Founded by FSU alumna Rosalyn Wilsey in 2021, The Frother’s Daughter started as a mobile coffee trailer inspired by her father and quickly gained a loyal following.
Known for creative drinks and strong community vibes, it became a local favorite—especially for its signature Banana Bread Latte (BBL).
In 2024, the brand expanded into a brick-and-mortar shop, while still popping up around FSU—follow them on IG or FB to catch the truck or visit their Thomasville Rd. location.

🎙️ Shelly Bell on CityClips Live Ep. 111.
Julia had the pleasure of featuring Shelly Bell, the VP for TSC Workforce Development. | CityClips Live Ep. 111
Shelly directs initiatives that bridge education and career pathways by growing workforce programs, building strong industry partnerships, and equipping students for high-demand jobs.
Here are the takeaways of her interview with Julia:
TSC serves Leon, Wakulla, and Gadsden counties and plays a central role in developing a skilled workforce by partnering with local businesses and industries to create programs that directly align education with current job market needs.
They help students find their “why” by guiding them to discover their purpose and long-term goals, so they can make more intentional educational and career decisions that align with their strengths, interests, and future aspirations.
Embracing every task as an opportunity: Shelly emphasizes maintaining a positive, growth-oriented mindset by viewing all responsibilities—big or small—as opportunities to learn, develop skills, and contribute meaningfully to personal and professional success.
