🎙️ Michael Campbell on CityClips Live Ep. 103.

  • Julia had the pleasure of featuring Michael Campbell, Chief Business & Industry Liaison at FSU Office of Research. | CityClips Live Ep. 103

  • FSU Business & Industry Solutions (FSU-BIS) connects private companies with the university’s research expertise. Acting as the “front door” for industry partnerships, the liaison simplifies the process and guides both researchers and businesses through every step, making it easy to access top experts and innovative solutions.

  • Here are the takeaways of his interview with Julia:

    • FSU-BIS serves as a bridge between university researchers and global industry partners, creating win-win opportunities and strong relationships through research collaborations. These partnerships provide access to global talent, diverse perspectives, and advanced technologies.

    • FSU-BIS is also part of the Alliance of Entrepreneur Resource Organizations (AERO). Mike explained that the group’s goal is to work collaboratively to strengthen local businesses and build a supportive ecosystem for long-term success.

    • One of Tallahassee’s unique strengths is its interconnected network of research assets that industries can leverage. This strong research ecosystem helps position the city as a competitive hub for industry development.
