FSU Noles Soccer Win

4R Restaurant Group selected for Florida 500 list for the hospitality industry.

Julia’s family loves 4 Rivers Restaurant and considering there are 2 locations in Tallahassee, at Miracle Plaza and on campus. Thought it was worth a share. Florida 500 is a special publication that highlights the 500 most influential executives in different economic sectors throughout the state. The team at Florida Trend Media Company reviews and researches nominees for a year. That’s impressive.

First the G.O.A.T., Messi. Now, Amazon’s tech titan? Jeff Bezos, the 3rd richest man in the world is moving to Miami, FL. Sources say he’d like to be near his parents and Blue Origin, his aerospace company. UF Opens Malachowsky Hall with Largest AI Supercomputer

What motivates top performers? Sometimes it is a deep-seeded force for good, OR it is just plain old competition. I say this to spark a healthy level of local innovative competition. If you have been in the economic development space for awhile, it would be of no surprise to you that UF and the supporting ecosystem is reaping major rewards of investing in tech over decades now. UF Alums Malachowsky and NVIDIA’s CEO Jensen Huang unveiled the new hall dedicated to Data Science, Tech, and houses one of the largest AI supercomputers in the U.S. called HiPerGator. Last week, Domi made the official announcement that Kara Holbert is the new Executive Director for Domi and Dacia was also promoted to Director of Community Engagement. This dynamic duo are a major factor in keeping Domi operational and active during the last 3 years. We are excited to see how they will take Domi to the next level.
