  • A record 150+ student interns played a major role, presenting projects and gaining hands-on experience while supporting university initiatives.

🚀 A Giant Leap from Florida | NASA

  • NASA’s Artemis II crew safely returned to Earth after a nearly 10-day mission around the Moon—marking the first human lunar journey in over 50 years.

  • The mission launched from Florida’s Kennedy Space Center, highlighting the state’s continued role as a hub for space exploration. 🛰️

  • Astronauts traveled over 694,000 miles, breaking records and flying farther than any humans before.

  • The crew tested critical systems, conducted experiments, and captured thousands of images to support future Moon and Mars missions. 🌙

  • With Artemis II successfully complete, NASA is now preparing for Artemis III, scheduled for launch in 2027—continuing the journey to return humans to the lunar surface.
