FSU’s ITS emphasized its shift from a traditional support unit to a strategic partner—focusing on innovation, skill growth, and building a culture of trust and collaboration. 🤝
Key updates showcased the expansion of FSU Health and the ASPIRE research plan, with a strong focus on improving infrastructure, data sharing, and cross-campus partnerships.
The showcase featured real-world tech applications, including 3D printing services, modern data dashboards, and an upgraded AI assistant “Ruby” designed to handle more complex tasks. 📃
A record 150+ student interns played a major role, presenting projects and gaining hands-on experience while supporting university initiatives.
Overall, the event reinforced that technology at FSU is people-centered—powering research, improving decision-making, and driving student and faculty success.

🚀 A Giant Leap from Florida | NASA
NASA’s Artemis II crew safely returned to Earth after a nearly 10-day mission around the Moon—marking the first human lunar journey in over 50 years.
The mission launched from Florida’s Kennedy Space Center, highlighting the state’s continued role as a hub for space exploration. 🛰️
Astronauts traveled over 694,000 miles, breaking records and flying farther than any humans before.
The crew tested critical systems, conducted experiments, and captured thousands of images to support future Moon and Mars missions. 🌙
With Artemis II successfully complete, NASA is now preparing for Artemis III, scheduled for launch in 2027—continuing the journey to return humans to the lunar surface.
