Florida's athletes are shining brightly on the global stage at the Paris 2024 Olympics! Their electrifying performances have not only captivated audiences but have also played a crucial role in Team USA's phenomenal success. With each thrilling display of talent, these Floridian stars are proving they're truly at the top of their game! | WTSP
Swimmer Caeleb Dressel led with 2 gold and 1 silver, while Vincent Hancock achieved gold in men’s skeet and silver in mixed skeet team. Notable performances also came from athletes like Ryan Murphy and Bobby Finke.
University of Florida secured 11 medals, placing them tied for 19th in total medals and tied for 16th in gold medals if considered as its own country.

The anticipation is building for Florida State’s 2024 football season! The defending ACC champions’ schedule has just been unveiled on ESPN2 and the ACC Network, featuring a spectacular Labor Day night kickoff and eight thrilling games right here in Florida. | Seminoles
The Seminoles' home opener is September 2 against Boston College. After an open date following the Labor Day contest, the Seminoles are home against Memphis on September 14 and return to ACC play by hosting Cal on September 21.
The Seminoles return home to host Clemson on October 5. Florida State wraps up its ACC slate by hosting North Carolina on November 2.
The Seminoles will end the regular season with home games against Charleston Southern and Florida on November 23 and 30, respectively. The season concludes with the ACC Championship Game on December 7, with FSU aiming to build on their recent success and high ranking.
