Women's Net helps women achieve their dreams of having a business through funding grants. This July, they are offering the Amber Grant, Start-up Grant, and Business Category Grant, where winners will receive $10,000 each. | WomensNet
This month, the Business Category Grant will offer $10,000 for a business under animal services. Simply fill out the forms once, and you won't need to repeat your application process. | Apply now
WomensNet is inspired by women who use their skills and passions to create a purpose-driven business model — especially as it benefits pets and animals. Most of all, they want to see more women doing what they love.
They also offer a new opportunity for businesses that are just starting, called 'Start-up Grants.' For more information, just visit WomensNet.

Dr. Littles served as the interim dean of FSU College of Medicine for over a year, and because many people saw her potential, she is now the permanent dean of the department.
She is the former director of the Family Practice Residency Program at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. She has been involved in medical education since 1989 when she began precepting medical students and residents in her rural practice. | FSU Directory
Dr. Littles became committed to the Department of Medicine because, as she put it, 'When I first saw the College of Medicine mission statement, it resonated with me, the college’s priorities and my goals as a physician mirror each other.' She continues to lead the department to greater heights.

Although the number of women in STEM careers is growing, a significant gender gap persists across the globe. As an engineering company and one of the world’s top female-friendly workplaces, Danfoss is committed to addressing this gap.
As they celebrate, Danfoss Climate Solutions pays tribute to their first female engineer, Vibeke J. Gustafsson. Specializing in chemistry, she joined the compressor materials laboratory and spent 40 remarkable years at Danfoss. She passed away in 2022, but her memory is still honored.
