Southside Transit Center - located on the northwest corner of Orange Avenue and Meridian Street, will further ensure public transportation is accessible, efficient, and equitable.
TPD Headquarters - the site presents opportunities for new green space, housing, community amenities and other economic development projects.
Senior Center - new facility will provide relief to the existing Tallahassee Senior Center facility. This additional location will have ample parking and space needed to meet the large demands for senior services and programs.
Orange Avenue Park - this park will include trails and a children’s play area as well as opportunities for vendors.
Market District Park - this multifaceted park will serve as a dynamic space that fosters community interaction, promotes an active lifestyle and contributes to the overall well-being of residents.
