Bank of America has been working on a $200 million investment to update its Jacksonville Operations Center at the campus. They continue to pursue renovations of its Southside campus with more than $6 million in permitting work in review. | Jacksonville Daily Record

  • Marand Builders Inc. and Auld & White Constructors LLC are handling renovations.

  • Bank of America’s $200 million investment includes construction of a six-tier, 1,447-space parking garage that is being built at a job cost of $24.66 million.

  • “The addition of a covered parking facility will be another welcomed amenity for our employees and again demonstrates our commitment to the Jacksonville community as we make Bank of America a great place to work,” said Mark Bennett, president of Bank of America, Jacksonville.

  • As of year-end 2023, Bank of America anticipated completion of the projects over the next two years.
