Flood statistics in Tallahassee. We’ve covered how often flooding occurred in North Florida specifically in the Tallahassee area and also the inches of rain over the past years. | Tal Dem

  • Tropical Storm Allison in 2001, dumped between 10 and 20 inches in Tallahassee in a day causing significant flooding. 2008 Tropical Storm Faye brought more than 22 inches of rain to Tallahassee.

  • Tropical Storm Debby in 2012 brought 28 inches of rain. Last year, Hurricane Idalia caused 8 inches of rain to 4 states in Florida, Georgia, South & North Carolina

  • A slow moving but powerful storm system dumped more than 10 inches of rain on parts of the Tallahassee area last week.
