Our co-founder Julia Holly had the opportunity to attend PS27’s F3 Event held on International Women’s Day as the “largest celebration of female founders in Florida.” They had a sold out crowd of women (and some men) who travelled from across the state, as well as pitch contestants from all over the country. Congrats to the founder of Behave, Mayssa, for winning the pitch contest! The trip to JAX was worthwhile. We look forward to supporting the event again in the future. #SheThinksBig

Full Herizon recently launched their “Dreamers Collection''! | IG Post
Full Herizon is a women-owned earrings and gift shop. Their mission is to uplift women with their lightweight earring designs and content-driven mission.
Founded by Madison Barse, an FSU graduate who is based in Tampa, Florida.
She started Full Herizon in 2020 while still in college, and sold out her first collection in only 5.5 hours. | Faire

Maura Hayes was recognized as a Circle of Gold Honoree by the FSU Alumni Association. | FSU
The FSU Alumni Association’s Circle of Gold recognizes worthy individuals who, through their service and achievements, personify the University’s tradition of excellence.
Maura has enjoyed an over 40-year career at The Walt Disney Company, served on the Alumni Association’s National Board of Directors, in which the Young Alumni Council was formed, and was honored with the inaugural FSU Inspire Award for Women of Distinction.
As an alumna and now Circle of Gold honoree, she continues to stay involved at FSU as a student mentor.

Janet Hartman is the first woman to serve as the Executive Director of the Florida Public Safety Institute. | TCC
Janet has served as a public safety professional in Florida for over thirty years. Before retiring from full-time state law enforcement, she achieved the rank of Chief of the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. | LinkedIn
Prior to her appointment in June 2023 as the Executive Director for the Florida Public Safety Institute, she served as the Chief of General Operations for the Bureau of Health Care Practitioner Regulation at the Florida Department of Health.
